Münster, 8 May 2012 - The focus of the 12th Annual General Meeting of United Labels AG, held on Tuesday at Halle Münsterland, was on the company's new "NextGen" strategy. Addressing more than 500 shareholders, Peter Boder, CEO of United Labels AG, unveiled the company's newly developed E-Commerce operations and welcomed a new executive to the team: Albert Hirsch, general manager of the United Labels subsidiary Elfen Service GmbH, is now also a member of the Management Board of United Labels AG.

Gert-Maria Freimuth is the new member of the Supervisory Board Print E-mail

Muenster, 11 October 2011 - Gert-Maria Freimuth (46) is now a member of the Supervisory Board of United Labels AG. The Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of MBB Industries AG, Berlin, took over the office of Michael Dehler. In addition to Dr. Gert-Maria Freimuth also Jens Hausmann (Chairman) and Prof. Dr. Helmut Roland are represented on the Supervisory Board of United Labels AG.

"Filly" adds value to licence portfolio of United Labels Print E-mail

Münster, 18/08/11 - United Labels AG has extended its portfolio to include the popular "Filly" licence, the focus being on the fifth and latest series known as "Filly Unicorn". As part of its pan-European rollout spanning twenty-five countries, the company plans to launch an extensive range of merchandise within the textiles segment as well as various giftware products. "Filly" will join illustrious stars such as "Mickey Mouse", "The Simpsons" and "Peanuts" as well as other cartoon heroes who have been an integral part of United Labels AG's licence family for many years.

United Labels AG propels revenue by 54 per cent in second quarter Print E-mail

Münster, 11/08/11 - United Labels AG has maintained its forward momentum. Acknowledged as one of Europe's leading manufacturers and suppliers of comicware merchandise sold under licence, the company increased its consolidated sales revenue to EUR 15.7 million in the second quarter of 2011 – up 54 per cent on the figure posted for the same period a year ago. As a result, total revenue for the first half of the current 2011 financial year stood at EUR 29.6 million. "This is the sixth time in succession that we have been able to expand our quarterly sales, and we are delighted to have maintained the forward momentum generated in recent months," said Peter Boder, founder and CEO of United Labels AG. Rising to EUR 0.6 million, EBIT for the second quarter just ended also developed well year on year.
